patent 20180528 to inventor_id

Can someone provide, or help me build a mapping from an older patents view persistent inventor_id, which was the dataset called patent 20180528 to the one currently used in the g_inventor_disambiguated dataset please?  For example the format of inventor id's in the 20180528 data is given as 3930273-1, I would like to match this (and many others) to the inventor ids in g_inventor_disambiguated.

use lookup file

The easy way would be to use inventor lookup file https://s3.amazonaws.com/data.patentsview.org/download/g_persistent_inventor.tsv.zip  It equates any of the old ids to the current one. 

I liked that earlier format, I think it was the person's earliest patent so your example would be the third person on patent 3930273.  That gives me an idea for a way to misuse that file!
