Good Afternoon,

We have an angular component that queries patent info based on a set of assignee organizations.  It has been in place for a couple months but over the past couple days we have noticed minute plus response times from the patentsview server which causes timeouts in our application.  

Has anyone else noticed slow response times?  I know back in January there were some server load issues causing issues with the API.
