Dataset containing number of patents from each assignee?

Is there a dataset where I can analyze how much patents each assignee has? Or does somebody knows which datasets I have to combine?

Thank you for reaching out to our team!

You can get the dataset you are looking for by combining the assignee and patent_assignee tables from our bulk downloads page (https://www.patentsview.org/download/) . You will need to merge both tables using the "assignee_id" column in the patent_assignee table and the "id" column in the assignee table. From there, you can do a count on the number of rows by "assignee_id" . This will give you the number of patents per assignee.
