Hi PatentsView team,

In the July-version datasets, I find that the assignee_id in the "assignee"
data table has been changed to a data format that is different from the
assignee_id in the "patent_assignee" table. In the last December version, the
assignee_id has the same value in these two data tables and we are able to
merge them. We think that there is probably a data error. Would you please
check this issue and let me know how I can merge these two tables? Thank you
