Missing data

Dear PatentsView team,

I recently have been querying PatentsView for my research project. I wrote code to save the ones that return "null". So far, the number of nulls is approaching 60,000. I manually searched some of them on https://appft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/index.html and apparently they are existing and valid patents. (examples: 10521471, 10592732)

I was wondering why those patents are not accessible in PatentsView database. Is it possible I shared those patent numbers with your team to investigate?

Hi PVTeam, thank you very much for your reply. Apologies for the confusion. They are missing when queried through the API. For instance, the following query (for the first number in the list above) returns null:

Thank you for letting us know, this is very appreciated! We found that ~400 patents were missing in the production copy of the database which has now been reloaded. Thank you also for your patience.
