Access denied when downloading data

Hi,

I've been using the PatentsView data as part of my dissertation and since yesterday, I am no longer able to download the data tables and I receive this message:

How can I still get access to the data?

Hello! I am not sure if you are still experiencing difficulty, but it will help us to know how you are querying the data (from bulk downloads, from API, using the raw XML files from USPTO) and we can try to help from there!
