Pre-grant data in the Beta API

I could have sworn that I read something about pre-grant application data being included in the new ElasticSearch Beta API but now I can't find where I read that...  I've now tested the new API and have found that I'm only getting granted patents returned.  Can you please confirm whether there is any intention of including US-PGPUB data in the future?

If not, I'm trying to have an automated way of pulling USPAT and US-PGPUB data for a specific inventor on a semi-regular basis to automatically populate the inventor's website.  Is there a better approach I should be taking to do this?

PGpubs on ES in June 2023

Hello! The PV team is planning to host pre-grant application data on the ES API. Current projection for integration of this data is June 2023. 

The Patent Center from USPTO is useful for looking up the real-time official status of a patent application: https://patentcenter.uspto.gov/ 

Alternatively, the PV bulk download data has pgpubs information updated quarterly along with the rest of our processed data.

Glad that I'm not going crazy.  Thanks very much for confirming! We'll just pull the granted patents for now and include the pre-grants once they're loaded.

unofficial python interface

It's not sanctioned by the patent office but there is a python project that can make ppubs requests for USPAT and US-PGPUB data.
