Number of inventors by CBSA

I would like to find the number of inventors by CBSA. Is that possible? What file should I use?

Location file and extrapolating

Hello, this is an interesting question. The PatentsView team does not currently have CBSA data as street addresses can be obtained individually, inventor by inventor, but the information is not currently available in bulk from our website. This is something PatentsView could consider incorporating for future development.

We do have county FIPS codes based off of zip codes, and city information in our location tables... and CBSA could be extrapolated from this information.
