Is there a way to see citations made by non granted applications (that were already published)?

Citations information in g_us_application_citation table

Hello, 

PatentsView does not have a flag or indicator for non-granted published patent applications. However, one could use the g_us_application_citation table for citations made to US patent applications by US patents. This is the only citation information PatentsView carries related to application citations at this time.
