Hello,

I'm trying to merge the citations to application file (usapplicationcitation.tsv) to the citation to published patents file (uspatentcitation.tsv). I want to merge on the cited applications/patents, but I can't find the translation file that connects application numbers (e.g. application_id=2007/20070236734) to the patent numbers (e.g., 8127342). Where do I find the data for that? [of course, I know that this link would only exist for applications that eventually got granted].
