Dear fellow users and administrators, I experience a problem in retrieving data from the location.tsv file. There are a number of cities in which characters such as Â, Ã and ¿ appear as a result of city names that the encoding does not recognize such as nordic names containing ö, or German ones containing ü or even Spanish/Portuguese ones containing ñ or á. I would like to ask you if there is any way to convert the tsv file back to displaying correct city names or if it's possible to access this file in another format. Thank you for your help!
