Possible Missing data in Table "wipo"

the field "11" is completely missing in the CSV file,  version : September 05, 2020

I think you are right.  I don't see any patents with a field_id of 11 in wipo.tsv or returned by the api {"wipo_field_id":"11"}.   ipc_technology.csv  (url from the data dictionary) has a single IPC_code of "G01N 33/%" for Field_number 11.  I don't know enough python to figure out what's going on in  process_wipo.py but something must be wrong.
