I came across many patents incorrectly assigned to "Iowa State University Research Foundation, Inc." while looking for the patents from Tennessee. For instance, a search of patent ID "10010516" brings "Iowa State University Research Foundation, Inc." as assignee (https://datatool.patentsview.org/#detail/patent/10010516). That patent was filed by the University of Tennessee, as you can see from the USPTO webpage or Google Patents (https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/bd/27/54/23dfec026536e6/US10010516.pdf). My search shows that more than 600 patents were assigned to "Iowa State University Research Foundation, Inc." located in various Tennessee cities.
