It seems that the version updated on Oct, 17th, 2022 for granted patents "claims" files has some serious problems. I tried to open the tsv files for years 2005, and afterward, and all of these files have some parsing issues.

Just as an example: please look at line 1380 of  g_claims_2020.tsv

I downloaded the previous versions, and they did not have this problem.
